This case requires a browser with "javascript" and "cookies" capabilities. These technologies MUST be enabled. You should also have installed the free Real Media Player (Note: you do NOT need "Real Medial Player Plus" which costs money).
In general, you should be able to access these cases with Internet Explorer 3.0 and higher or Netscape Navigator 3.0 and higher. If you are having a problem, one of the first things to try is to upgrade your browser to the latest version of Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator. We consider Internet Explorer to be your best browser choice as this browser currently povides better performance, and is the one we use first for testing.
